These items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dog Bandanas
We accept exchanges for incorrect sizes, but return shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility. Our size chart is an estimate and may not fit all dogs.
Watch Bands
Unused watch bands may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Store Credit
If you prefer store credit over an exchange, you may request it for eligible returns. Credits cover the item’s cost (excluding shipping) and do not expire.
Exchange Process
- Contact us with your order details and the desired replacement size.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- Once received, we’ll process your exchange.
- A $5 shipping fee applies for the new item.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased at a sale price or during promotions are FINAL SALE—no returns or exchanges.
International Orders
We currently do not accept returns for international orders.
